In a little under a week I’ll be holding the first of many meetings designed to generate fresh ideas. Actually, we’re not only working to generate fresh ideas, we’re looking to create new and innovative ways to generate revenue. Our innovation team is made from a creative and unique team of individuals from different departments of our company who understand our business.

You see, our company is really good at what we do, and honestly, in our sector we’re the best. However, in order for us to stay viable and continue to be the best we have to make some changes; rethink the way we do business. What can we do today to improve our present and future?

We’ve been given a special opportunity to shape the way we do business. We know that our ideas could be changed, or maybe never implemented, but knowing we have the opportunity to make a difference is both exciting and empowering. Imagine giving your talented staff the reins to the future. With that trust and confidence they’re sure to excel. Are you empowering your employees to help lead the charge? If so, how? Is it working? If not, have you considered it?

Over the next several months our team will be focused on our clients, our audience, and our business. We’ll think of all kinds of ideas – good, bad, and ugly. What new partnerships, services, or products can we dream up, and more importantly, execute?

We’re taking it back to the drawing board, the cocktail napkin, late night meetings with takeout…you get the point.
